Key features

What it means for Vietnamese businesses
Use Form EAV. Some sensitive Vietnamese exports, such as certain garments, footwear and furniture, fall under a trigger mechanism that can suspend preferences when volumes exceed thresholds. Payment and shipping conditions to the region should be checked case by case.
Proof of origin
Usual proof of origin for goods traded with Vietnam: EAV. Check the current MOIT guidance and the agreement’s product-specific rules.
